Ivan Kontuľ
The main scientific interest of I. Kontuľ is accelerator mass spectrometry and specifically its use in radiocarbon analysis. This includes radiocarbon dating of archaeological and geological samples, as well as studies of environmental radiocarbon activity. In addition to various applications of radiocarbon analysis, his research is also focused on development and optimization of sample preparation methodologies and measurement methods.
