Abstrakt:
Software engineers primarily interact with source code using a keyboard and a mouse, and typically view it in a „bento box“ IDE displayed on a small number of 2D monitors. We believe that this traditional approach ignores the potential of newly emerged VR and AR technologies. The main goal of our research is to design and implement various integrations of VR and AR technologies in the software development process and evaluate their potential in the given field. In the upcoming seminar we will present our prototypes and discuss the results.
