All bachelor's degree programs are available only in Slovak language.
Applications and Required Documentation

Application fee: 33 EUR (paper application), 15 EUR (electronic application)
On a single application form, you can indicate up to three study programs in the order of preference. We recommend to include your second and third choice, in case you are not admitted into the program of your first choice.
How to submit the application (choose of one of the alternatives):
- faculty electronic application – the application is not printed or sent, it is necessary to send documents confirming fulfilment of admission conditions (video guide)
- university electronic application - the application is not printed or sent, it is necessary to send documents confirming fulfilment of admission conditions
- paper application - form recommended by the Ministry of Education - - only in Slovak language
List of documents required for fulfilment of admission conditions:
- confirmations of achieved competition results (e.g. laureates of the regional or national round of subject olympiads from a profile subject, successful participants of students’ scientific/technical competitions in the field, results of other competitions in accordance with valid criteria)
- for applicants in the graduation year: a transcript of grades confirmed by the school or certified copies of the end-of-year reports
- for applicants with a completed high school diploma: certified copies of high school diplomas and high school graduation certificates; if the SCIO test has been taken in previous years (not older than 4 years), attach a copy of the SCIO certificate

The applicants expecting to graduate in 2024 will be notified in writing regarding the date to deliver the certified copy of their graduation certificate (April–May).
Information for applicants from abroad
Applicants from abroad must meet conditions that are equivalent to those for applicants from Slovakia. Successful applicants from abroad and Slovak citizens graduating abroad must submit proof of the equivalence of achieved secondary education to the study department no later than the day of enrollment.
The process of recognition of documents (nostrification) has 2 stages:
- Grading conversion to Slovak grading scales – following the
grade conversion manual published by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic. - Application for nostrification at the relevant Regional Office of the School Administration

Entrance Examinations and Decisions
After receiving your application, we will send you details of further steps in the admissions process, including the date and the form of the entrance examinations (if they are required).
At the end of the admissions process, you will receive an official decision letter about the acceptance or rejection of your application at the address you have indicated in your application form. Typically, the results are available at the end of June.
