Abstract:
Nuclear power engineering achieved so high level of complexity, financial severity and social explosivity that its development in the Europe stagnates. Its next existence should be based on new approaches and new facilities. Small modular reactors could be a new impulse and future for Nuclear energy. Do not hesitate to dream about them!
