Abstrakt:
I will give a brief introduction to the wonderful world of quiver gauge theories and their moduli spaces. My main objective will be to establish the notions of moduli space, quiver and 3d-Mirror symmetry which was first observed by Seiberg and Intrilligator. I shall attempt to introduce various powerful tools used for studying moduli spaces of 3d, 5d and 6d theories along the way. Examples of these tools include brane constructions in IIB string theory, the Hanany-Witten brane cartoon and Hilbert Series methods. Finally, I will briefly present my current research.
